I found out the problems with the blog posting on Friendster... turns
out ou... it wasn't friendster fault

the problem lies with FIREFOX

I try the same post using Safari and the html codes works like a charm.

no auto convert thing to WYSIWYG sh!t$

and I'm happy :D
